Our mission

StackShield was built to close the security gap left by modern "vibe-coding" workflows. We believe shipping fast shouldn't mean shipping unsafe — so we made a scanner that catches the mistakes that matter before you go live.

What we do

StackShield connects to the tools you already use — Supabase, GitHub, and Vercel — and scans for leaked secrets, misconfigured RLS policies, overly permissive CORS, missing auth checks, and other common pre-launch risks. Every proposed fix is shown to you for approval before anything is changed.

How we work

We operate on a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model. You supply your own AI provider API key, so you stay in control of your costs and data. StackShield never takes autonomous action without your explicit approval for each individual fix.

Who we are

StackShield is a small, security-focused team building tools we wish existed when we were shipping our own side projects. We're builders, indie hackers, and engineers who care about making security accessible to everyone — not just large teams with dedicated security staff.
